We are happy to manage your short-term rentals through airbnb, Homeaway, or other sites if you were to decide to take this route. We have a number of different teams of cleaners and house managers at our disposal to manage your short-term let, and to meet your guests.
The short-term market, though strong at certain times of the year, is always unpredictable, and we would always recommend long-term rental for a steady income. However, short term can sometimes be a useful supplement – and we can provide the necessary management to suit your needs. Because of the variables of length-of-stay and rates, its very much POA, but 20% might be a figure to bear in mind when making your calculations.
As far as your long-term tenants are concerned: unless by specific agreement with the Landlord, sub-letting is NOT permitted, and is in contravention of the terms of the lease. This includes letting out part or all of the property, either by private arrangement, airbnb, Homeaway, or other websites or agencies.
